This is a project to light a horse barn using 3 lamp T8 ready LED vapor tight fixtures and 22 watt 2300 lumen LEDs.   Each fixture puts out 6900 lumens.   The client initially started with about 24 units.   We discussed hitting a fc of around 20.   But after doing a small sample area the client realized he wanted it brighter and tightened the spacing.   The fc in here is estimated at well over 50fc.   The wiring was completed using several circuits allowing for zone control.   Additionally even though these LEDs will last a long time, they will fail but can easily be replaced.

Total project cost $8000. Not including labor.
